Ingredients
4 ripe plantain
2 cup all purpose flour / maida
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of cardamom
nuts & raisins as required
Method
1. Mix all ingredients to make the cake batter.
2. Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the batter.
3. Add nuts & raisins last
4. Preheat the oven to 375 F and bake for 30 mins
